Community activities
We have taken part in a variety of community activities.
The Queens 90th birthday parade Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee The King's Coronation
Over the last few years the children have been invited to design animals that are displayed around Haslemere before being sold to raise money for charity. All the children have a chance to produce a design. The children then vote on their favourite design. This design is then reproduced on the animal.

The children made scarecrows of the crayons from the story 'The Day the Crayons Quit' by Drew Daywalt. These were then displayed on Lion Green along with scarecrows from other local schools.
Haslemere Scarecrow Competition 2021
In 2022 we were masked to make fairy gardens to display on Lion Green. Each fairy garden has a small scarecrow keeping watch.
Platinum Jubilee
We planted a tree as part of the Jubilee celebrations.
We decorated 'Little Locks' as part of the community Christmas celebrations. December 2022

Joining with the Junior school to plant crocus bulbs for World Polio Day on Lion Green.
Litter picking with the junior school and the Weyhill in Bloom team, to clean up Lion Green.
