If you are considering sending your child to Shottermill Infant School you should contact the school office to make an appointment to visit on one of our New Parents / Carers tours. During the tours, groups of prospective parents/carers are shown around the school and grounds by a member of staff.  

 

 Booking for tours will open September 2024

The tour dates for children starting school in September 2025 are the 15th, 16th and 17th October and 12th, 13th and 14th November. We will be holding tours at 9:30am, 11:00am and 1:20pm on each of these dates. Shottermill Junior school are also holding tours at the same time so that you are able to visit the schools consecutively and see the whole of the children's learning journey.

Prospective parents will also be able to book a stay and play session. This will be an opportunity for you to bring your child for a play session within the reception class, giving them an opportunity to experience life at Shottermill Infant school. Dates for these sessions will be published soon and also available to book from September.

Pupils transferring to Junior School at the end of Year 2 will also need to apply for a place at their preferred school through the normal admissions process.
